“We had a very positive experience working with Integrity on our remodeling project. Matt oversaw the project and did an excellent job keeping everything moving and consistent with the schedule. His communication throughout the project was great. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and what to expect from both the Integrity crew and the subcontractors.

Peter and Steve were also great to work with. From the very beginning, it was clear that protecting our home was a priority. Before construction started, considerable care was taken to protect our existing floors from damage and prepare the areas that would be affected by the work. Throughout construction, they continued to make an effort to minimize the impact the project had on our everyday lives. They cleaned up at the end of each day and did everything they could to keep the disruption, dust, and mess to a minimum.

One thing we especially appreciated was how considerate everyone was of our two indoor cats. The crew was very careful about keeping doors closed and making sure the cats were safe while people were coming and going and construction was underway. That may seem like a small detail, but it meant a lot to us and was another example of the care and respect they showed for our home.

We also appreciated Integrity’s approach to the design process. We spent considerable time working together with the Integrity Team and Tanner Townsend, from Quiltro A & D, to develop the original design and ultimately decided to scale back the scope of the project because of cost. Rather than making that difficult, Integrity worked constructively with us to identify our priorities and develop a plan that fit our budget while still leaving us in a good position to complete the remaining portions of the project in the future.

The collaboration during the design process ultimately resulted in a finished project that was better than we had envisioned. Integrity brought ideas and experience to the project while still listening to what was important to us, and that combination made a real difference in the final result.

The quality of the subcontractors’ work was also consistent with the quality we expected from Integrity. That was one of the reasons we selected Integrity in the first place, the company had received many positive reviews from other homeowners, and our experience certainly did not disappoint.

From the planning and preparation through construction and completion, we felt that our project, and our home, were being treated with care. We are very pleased with the finished result and would recommend Integrity to others considering a remodeling project.”
